Lets start with some good news, after a recent trip to RGDA-UK headquarters in London I am proud to announce that both Josh and Laura were promoted (1 stripe each) by Eddie Kone. This was due to some excellent rolling/sparring that impressed all the guy's at the London Academy.
WELL DONE.
Now for some bad news, unfortunately due to scheduling and time restraints the upcoming Royce Gracie seminar has been cancelled. On a more positive note there will be a seminar held at the London academy, dates and prices will be posted shortly.

Very disappointed about Royce, but I suppose it's also a good excuse to visit the guys in London :)
