OPEN DAY SUCCESS
Today (6th Jan 2008) RGDA - KENT held an open day for people to attend and get an insight into Gracie Jiu Jitsu, MMA and submission wrestling. The day was a great success we had many people attend from all walks of life. The day started at 2pm with a brief warm up sparring session which was followed by a 2 hour grappling master class conducted by Royler Gracie Brown Belt Eddie Kone. The day fininshed with a 40 minute sparring session so everyone could practice the techniques they had learnt throughout the day! We would like to say a big thank you to Eddie Kone and the rest of the RGDA - UK guys who attended and helped make this day a success. Photos of the day will be posted in the gallery section shortly.
